Position Family Medicine Opportunity in Central Coast California
Join a mission-driven healthcare system providing full-spectrum
outpatient care to a medically underserved community in Southern
Monterey County. This is a stable, well-supported position in a
beautiful region of California, offering a flexible schedule,
minimal pediatric call, and excellent benefits, including

strong professional home here. Practice Overview - You'll join a
team of 5 family medicine physicians, 2 internists, 5 NPs, 3
pediatricians, and 6 OB/GYNs - Outpatient-only with full-spectrum
family medicine (pediatrics through geriatrics) - Pediatric call
rotation only, 6 shifts per month; light volumes with rare
overnight needs - Supportive team structure with 2-3 patients per
hour, assisted by bilingual medical assistants Schedule - Choice of
four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days per week - Clinic open
Monday-Saturday (no Saturday obligation) - Daily patient volume
averages 18-22 - Pediatric call is a 24-hour home call with
hospital access within 60 minutes Compensation & Benefits -
Guaranteed salary of $280,000-$325,000 depending on experience,
with a 2-3 year contract - $10,000 relocation assistance; $3,000
CME allowance - 25 days of PTO full health, dental, and vision
benefits - Malpractice with tail, 403(b), loan forgiveness
eligibility (PSLF and CA SLRP) Candidate Requirements -
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine - Experience
with full-spectrum outpatient care preferred - Spanish fluency
preferred but not required (bilingual support staff available) -
