with our customers. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible
for leading a dynamic sales team, ensuring that sales goals are met
and exceeded through effective leadership and communication. You
will take ownership of your team’s performance, encourage a

engagement with both customers and team members. This position is

Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and coach a sales team, fostering a
positive, team-oriented atmosphere that encourages open

Inspire team members to perform at their best and consistently meet
or exceed sales targets. Promote and sell products and services by
engaging directly with customers within your assigned territory.
Build value by presenting solutions that meet customer needs and
delivering compelling product demonstrations. Establish and
maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing
customers by providing exceptional service, creating customer
loyalty, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the
sales process. Track and monitor all sales transactions, customer
interactions, and performance metrics to identify areas for
improvement. Implement targeted sales campaigns and initiatives to
optimize team performance and drive overall sales growth. Handle
escalated customer concerns with professionalism, swiftly
addressing any issues and providing effective solutions to ensure
customer satisfaction.
