seeking a dynamic, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to
join our thriving Industrial Automation Company. This is an
exceptional opportunity to contribute to our ongoing growth and
success, while also developing your career in the manufacturing
industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record
in outside sales, preferably within the industrial automation or
manufacturing sector. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of
experience and a deep understanding of engineering principles and
industrial automation systems. Responsibilities: As an Outside
Sales Representative, your primary duty will be to drive business
growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining long-term
relationships with new and existing clients. Your key
responsibilities will include: 1. Developing a deep understanding
of our product portfolio and presenting our cutting-edge industrial
automation solutions to potential clients. 2. Identifying and
pursuing new business opportunities within the manufacturing
industry. 3. Conducting market research to stay updated with the
latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
4. Collaborating closely with the internal team to develop and
implement effective sales strategies that align with our business
goals. 5. Providing excellent customer service, addressing and
resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and
professional manner. 6. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and
performance metrics. 7. Participating in trade shows, conferences,
and other industry events to promote our products and build brand
awareness. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Outside
Sales Representative role should possess the following
qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business,
Marketing, or a related field. 2. 5 years of experience in outside
sales, preferably within the industrial automation or manufacturing
sector. 3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales
targets. 4. Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation
systems and engineering principles. 5. Exceptional communication,
presentation, and negotiation skills. 6. Ability to build and
maintain strong relationships with clients. 7. Self-motivated,
results-oriented, and able to work independently. 8. Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 9. Willingness to travel
as required to meet clients and attend industry events. 10. Valid
