We are looking for someone to bring energy and passion to the role. The role reports to the Director of Procurement. The position interacts regularly with the sales team, our distributors, and accounting. The position is based in Oakland and reports to the office Monday-FridayThis is a Full-Time, Salaried Non-Exempt position with benefits located in our Oakland office.Job duties:Order Processing: (-80%)ALL Identify coding for each item, including wine brand and vintage, Processing of orders in Dynamics SL, Confirming receipt and processing with distributors, communication of any outages and future availability Upload of orders to third party warehouses Inventory and allocation files upkeepLogistics & Compliance: (-20%) Coordinate and release of Distributor's orders Coordinate inventory receipt with warehouses by providing suppliers shipments information Provide import documents to distributors Customs brokersOther Tasks: Serve as backup to Sales Services Administrator Work closely with Inventory & Revenue Accountant in reconciling inventory issues Assist distributors in resolving pricing/shipment issues Price coding by sales channels (yearly)Qualifications:An Associate degree or equivalent commensurate experienceProficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (min.
