Aramark is excited to announce an opening for a Starbucks Retail
Manager at one of our bustling locations. This role is ideal for
those passionate about coffee, community, and customer service,
striving to bring their expertise in retail management into the
fast-paced world of Starbucks. As a Starbucks Retail Manager, you
will oversee the store's operations, ensure the delivery of
outstanding customer service, and maintain the Starbucks
Experience. Join our team and contribute to Aramark's commitment to
excellence and innovation in food and beverage services. Manage
day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with Aramark's
standards and Starbucks' operational policies. Lead and develop a
team of baristas and other store staff through coaching, training,
and hands-on management. Ensure customer satisfaction by
maintaining the quality of Starbucks’ products and service
standards. Implement inventory control and order supplies while
managing budgetary constraints. Monitor and manage store sales
targets and profitability, reporting outcomes to senior management.
Uphold all food safety and sanitation procedures, maintaining a
safe and clean store environment. Organize promotions, handle
customer complaints, and ensure a positive store atmosphere. Strong
leadership and people management skills Exceptional customer
service and communication skills Ability to multitask effectively
in a fast-paced environment Proficient in retail management
software and POS systems Knowledgeable about the coffee industry

Insurance 401k Certification in Food Safety and Handling Starbucks
Operations training certification or equivalent brand experience is
highly preferred
