Volt is immediately hiring a Production Associate in West Sacramento, CA.

As a Production Associate , you will:Work in a fast-paced food processing/manufacturing environment
Perform a mix of sanitation and production tasks
Operate production machinery and assist in packaging
Work in cold environments (freezer/mixing room) for up to 2-hour increments
Lift 40 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with a team
Push 200 lb carts and use shovels with 20 lb loads
Use electric pallet jacks and assist with palletizing
Maintain accurate paperwork and follow GMPs
Support sanitation practices and ensure cleanliness of equipment
Follow safety protocols and production timelines

Production Associate candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to lift, push, and pull 20-100 lbs consistently
Comfortable working in cold environments and on step ladders
Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime and occasional Saturdays
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements

This is a full-time Temp to Hire Opportunity.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (some Saturdays as needed)
Pay: $20.00 per hour
