If you wish to further develop your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations we are looking for a new Customer Care Import Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity to join our Air Logistics team. Your Role Air Logistics Customer Care Import Supervisor is responsible for coordination of all aspects of air logistics shipments worldwide for specific business sector. Oversee the daily Customer service/operations of the Air Logistics department and quality control. Your Responsibilities

  • Coordination of all aspects of the delivery (including, but not limited to, billing, rate quotation, approval of vendor invoices, etc.) for specific business sector, cheduling of delivery daily for specific business sector and review client SOP s and introduce SOP to responsible coordinators.
  • Mandatory daily correspondence with overseas offices and monitor KPI s for Global Key accounts to ensure all data quality is met.
  • Identify areas of concern in the clients import process through monitoring of team, performance against Company and client standards, regular audit of shipment documents and accounting, and periodic client reviews, supervise and manage department team as it relates to Customer service, performance and productivity.
  • Escalate any unresolved issues or risks before they materially impact Kuehne+Nagel.
  • Work closely with the operational care location, as well as other departments to deliver high level of service to customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Shift work may be required Your Skills and Experiences
    • College degree in related field
    • Minimum of five (5) Years experience in Air Logistics
    • Supervisory and Leadership Experience
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    • Knowledge of domestic and international geography (countries, major cities and oceanic ports)
    • Understanding of basic U.S Regulatory Laws
    • Strong PC, analytical and problem solving skills
