Marketing Coordinator – TRIO Heating, Air & Plumbing San Jose,

Market. We’re looking for a Marketing SHARK to take full ownership
of our brand. This role is high-impact, creative, data-driven, and
hands-on. You’ll lead the charge across every channel and bring our
company’s story to life—online, in the field, and everywhere in
between. What You’ll Do: Film on job sites regularly – capture real
content at installs, service calls, and team moments. Own the
entire marketing strategy – content, digital, social, print, and
community events. Lead digital ad campaigns – Google Ads, Facebook,
Instagram, YouTube, SEO, and PPC. Collaborate with agencies – drive
ROI, set expectations, and improve results. Create branded content
– videos, graphics, social media, ads, and email campaigns. Manage
our online reputation – reviews, local outreach, contests, and team
promos. Track campaign success – optimize based on data, KPIs,
conversions, and performance. What We’re Looking For: 3–7 years of
experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management
Comfortable filming, editing, and being on-site to gather authentic
content Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Canva/Adobe
Suite, and performance analytics Ability to manage agencies,
budgets, timelines, and KPIs Strong project management,
copywriting, and creative strategy skills Bonus: Experience in home
service industries or tools like ServiceTitan What You Get:
