• Present our client's products and services to each customer based on their needs and wants.
• Utilize negotiation skills throughout the sales process with both existing and potential customers.
• Customize product recommendations to increase satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers until product/service delivery.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure success, keeping up with market trends and compliance requirements.What we are looking for in a Business Development Team Member:
  • Customer service background and strong communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Leadership roles are preferred.
  • A strong work ethic and drive for success.
