In this role, you will leverage our expansive repository of data to deliver valuable insights to internal organizations and develop AI-powered products and features for our external customers. You will play a key role in applying advanced machine learning techniques to extract maximum value from our data assets.This individual will report to the Head of Predictive Analytics and AI Insights.How You'll Make an Impact:Exercise creativity to discover novel ways to extract value from our vast data repository through machine learning techniques, pioneering new approaches for data utilization beyond our current ideasExplore, understand and develop an intimate knowledge of our existing data assets and their potential applicationsIdentify opportunities to supplement internal data with external sources and engineer innovative featuresDesign, develop and implement ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems, transforming raw data into actionable insights for Sales, Marketing and other internal stakeholdersCreate and optimize AI-powered products and features for external customersPresent findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiencesStay current with emerging technologies and methodologies in AI and machine learningMentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of the data science practiceLet's Connect If You:8+ years of experience in data science roles with a proven track record of delivering impactful projectsStrong programming skills in Python, R or similar languagesProficiency with data analysis tools, SQL and database technologiesExperience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)Deep understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design and machine learning algorithmsExcellent data visualization skills and experience with relevant tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business problems into analytical solutionsExcellent communication skills to present complex findings to diverse audiencesCreativity with complex data, meticulous attention to detail, a strong analytical mindset and curiosityBachelor degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or related quantitative field, master's degree preferred
This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.#LI-hybridOur job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay depends upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
