Position Description:
Our client is looking to add a Program Manager to its team. As our
client has grown in scale and complexity and user expectations have
shifted, it's become increasingly important that they have
consistent user centered product development. They achieve this by
identifying user-centered best practices, making them generally
available, and supporting product teams with tools, resources, and
expert advice that make best practices easy to use and gain
value.

Overall Responsibilities:
As a UX/Visual Designer, you will design and iterate upon features
showcasing premium TV, Movies and Sports on our clients TV. The
ideal candidate is a strong visual designer with experience in
interaction design, prototyping, UI system design, branding,
communication, and problem-solving abilities. A passion for complex
design problems, and a desire to craft elegant, branded and
engaging experiences for our client are integral to your success on
our team.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities
- Effectively document and communicate designs through
wireframes, mockups, flows and prototypes for features supporting
Live/VOD content across desktop, mobile and TV. -
- Develop strong partnerships with UX, Marketing, PM and Eng
partners. Proactive collaboration with cross functional team
members is expected. -
- Create high-quality design proposals, and independently drive
projects from concept to implementation.

Skills:
Mandatory:
- 3 - 5+ years of relevant work experience -
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking
skills -
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and high level of
craft. -
- Ability to iterate upon existing digital product features while
considering the long-term opportunity and impact -
- Strong core interaction design skills, knowledge of the
user-centered design methodologies, and ability to partner with UX
Research -
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and/or other design
tools. -
- Independently drive projects from concept to implementation.

- Execute against several work streams in a fast-paced, ambiguous
environment timezone difference, and deliver clear and detailed
solutions. -
- Create and maintain design resources to improve productivity
and consistency

Desired:
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
and peers and build relationships that deliver on impact and
influence with Product Managers, Engineering, and Marketing
partners. -
- 2 - 4+ year of relevant work experience on a digital product

- TV design experience and understanding of TV platforms

- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong interaction and
visual design skills. -
- Interest in or experience with design systems and shared
component libraries. -
- Prototyping and motion design experience. -
- Sense of humor and passion for media experiences is a plus.
