Job Description:
Position Summary: -We are seeking an experienced IT Support
Person with Salesforce and NetSuite Power User Skills to join our
team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background,
with experience providing IT support and being an expert in both
Salesforce and NetSuite.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal users with
IT support issues, including hardware, software, and network
issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce
and NetSuite
- Perform system configurations and customizations in Salesforce
and NetSuite as needed
- Develop and maintain training materials and documentation for
Salesforce and NetSuite users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and
implement new features and system improvements
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal users on how
to effectively use Salesforce and NetSuite
- Manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory,
and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and stay current with
industry trends and best practicesRequirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an IT support role, with experience
in Salesforce and NetSuite Power User skills
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware,
software, and network systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and NetSuite architecture
and data model
- Experience with system configurations and customizations in
Salesforce and NetSuite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
effectively
- Salesforce and NetSuite certifications a plusThis is an
