Job Description:
Description: We're looking for a UX/UI designer, with a strong
visual design sense, to conceptualize and deliver consumer-facing
features and partner-facing tools, all to serve the niche Artist
industry market, their management team, and label partners. Help to
define the user model and user interface for new and existing
products and features. Develop high level and/or detailed
storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate
interaction and design ideas. Gauge the usability of new and
existing products, and making constructive suggestions for change.
Requirements: Solid academic background in human-computer
interaction or related field. Demonstrated experience in designing
usable web-based interfaces. Solid HTML skills. Knowledge of
JavaScript for rapid prototyping purposes. Strong visual design
sense. Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities Collaborate effectively on a team across UX,
Product, and Engineering Produce high-quality mobile designs, from
concept to execution Audit and provide design analysis of
competitors Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards,
mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and
design ideas Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory: Strong
experience using Figma is required. BA/BS degree in Design (e.g.
interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial,
etc), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science (CS) or a
related field, or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of
industry experience. Desired Experience with interaction design
(information architecture, user flows, object states, motion and
transitions) and prototyping Experience working with platform
conventions and constraints on Android, iOS, Web Experience turning
product requirements into design mocks Experience working with
responsive layouts (breakpoints, fluid grids) Experience working
with component-based UI systems Problem-solving skills to determine
solutions to user interface challenges Experience working within
and established design system; ability to develop new patterns
within the system Expert knowledge of Figma, Google
