What you'll do...

DSV Performance Assistant / Associate - eCommerce

Want to help drive competitive fulfillment strategy? The Drop Ship Vendor (DSV) Performance Assistant / Associate for eCommerce is a critical player in shaping the post purchase customer experience for the drop ship channel, overseeing everything from vendor management to carrier last mile strategy. They'll drive impact, improvement, and innovation to create a seamless post purchase experience that will keep customers coming back to shop on Walmart.com.

The DSV Performance Manager will successfully manage shipping & fulfillment performance for a select group of suppliers, continually raising the DSV performance bar and delivering an excellent customer experience (as measured by NPS).

What you'll do

  • Assist in building DSV fulfillment strategy alongside Merchants, Suppliers, and Carriers
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and continually evaluate and improve DSV performance by comparing projections to actual results
  • Identify and troubleshoot unmet internal/external needs and propose viable solutions for improvement
  • Scale operational tasks

  • Supporting fulfillment strategy with key vendors -You'll develop deep relationships with vendors and carriers and drive channel assortment conversations alongside merchant and operation teams.
  • Telling the Walmart customer story - You'll act on forecast trends coaching vendors for upcoming volume with proactive measures.
  • Monitoring vendor performance health through analytics and key metrics - You'll consistently protect vendor and customer experience, troubleshooting as needed.
  • Operating with excellence - You'll land the fundamentals and ideas to scale best-in-class efficient workflows, processes, and timelines, embedding operational excellence into everything you do.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in Business or related field

Preferred Qualification:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a retail or consumer company
  • Strong Excel, data analysis experience
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative, positive, and persistent personality
