Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects
from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan
requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and

As YouTube Creator Marketing Manager, you will collaborate
across the marketing, partnerships, legal, product, engineering,
PR, and vertical teams to align and deliver integrated experiences
for key communities on YouTube, including Black, AAPI, LGBTQ+,
LatinX, and more. You'll be a problem solver, a doer, a thinker,
and an innovator, and you'll play a critical role in delivering
inspiration to our creators.
You will use insights and strategies to define creative
solutions, programs and approaches to improve the YouTube
experience. You'll work cross-functionally to develop sustained
programs, approaches and campaigns that spotlight creators'
perceptions and stories across a range of marketing efforts.

- Drive strategy and execution of creator marketing programs,
including high touch experiences, impactful content solutions, and
meaningful creator engagements aimed at improving the experiences
of key creator communities, including Black, AAPI, LGBTQ+, LatinX,
- Establish meaningful relationships with creators; develop and
demonstrate deep subject matter expertise to enable excellence in
- Partner across marketing, partnerships, PR, legal, and other
functions to develop go-to-market plans and risk monitoring/
mitigation and reporting for creator programs.
- Scope marketing research plans in collaboration with research
teams; conduct data analysis and present across multiple levels of

creator programs after they have launched. Partner with Product
Management and Product Marketing to drive engagement of select
features and programs.
