What you'll do
- Supports the business throughout the full-cycle of recruitment
and selection of candidates by collaborating with partners to
identify ideal candidate skills and experience needed.
- Sourcing a diverse candidate pool using various methods (for
example, cold calling, social networking, job board/internet
mining) while promoting employment value proposition.
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective
candidates in order to create a sustainable database of interested
or potentially interested individuals, communicating expectations,
feedback, and status information to stakeholders (for example,
candidates, hiring managers) throughout the selection process.
- Providing selection recommendations for functional areas and
business unit positions; managing the hiring and on-boarding
process (for example, offer negotiation, compensation, benefits,
relocation) of candidates; and ensuring selection process
documentation is complete and entered into human resource (HR)
- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the
development, execution, and improvement of action plans by
providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application
of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts
to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for
perspectives and rationales.
- Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders;
identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary
processes and practices; monitoring progress and results;
recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and
adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new
- Builds processes for recruiting external talent by researching
and benchmarking with industry experts on compensation and
organizational structures of other companies.
- Evaluating and interpreting benchmarking data to drive an
external talent review process.
- Providing guidance and sharing best practices in selecting
candidates for senior management positions.
- Influencing decision-makers and executives within the
organization regarding project benefits.
- Advising cross-functional teams (for example, sourcers,
operations) to facilitate talent acquisition; and providing
specialized expertise regarding external candidates throughout the

supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and
integrity by incorporating these into the development and
implementation of business plans; using the Open-Door Policy; and
demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in

- Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Industrial Labor
Relations, Psychology, or related field and 2 years of experience
in recruiting, Human Resources, or related field.
