Job Description Job Description Bright Flag Recruiting is hiring for full-time CDL-A TEAM drivers on a dedicated Christopher Ranch fleet based out of Gilroy, CA 95020 . This account offers consistent coast-to-coast routes, strong weekly pay, and reliable home time. Route Details: Compensation & Pay: Average Weekly Pay: $1,924 Top Weekly Pay: $2,278 Average Annual Pay: $100,071 Top Annual Pay: $118,472 Pay Structure: Mileage-based pay (split) Additional Pay / Benefits: Safe & On-Time bonus up to 3% of mileage pay Health Benefits & 401K Participation Paid Time Off & Bonus Incentives Unlimited Cash Referral Program Route Type: Dedicated – OTR Team Home Time: Home every 2 weeks Freight: No-touch freight All loads are refrigerated Live load / live unload Delivery Locations: Drivers pick up freight in Gilroy, CA and deliver to distribution centers in IL, MI, OH, NJ, MA, GA, and FL , with return loads back to California.
