Fridays • Bonus Pa Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a
seasoned Permanent Global Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic
legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex
global immigration matters in a fast-paced, challenging, and
stimulating environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive
experience in global immigration, international taxation, and
global immigration systems. Familiarity with APAC and LATAM regions
is preferred. This role can be performed remotely or in a hybrid
setting, providing flexibility and adaptability to your work style.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide comprehensive legal advice on global
immigration issues, including visas, work permits, residency, and
citizenship applications. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to
develop and implement global immigration strategies and solutions.
3. Manage and oversee international taxation matters related to
immigration. 4. Stay abreast of changes in global immigration law
and policy, and advise the company on potential impacts and
strategies. 5. Liaise with government agencies, consulates, and
embassies worldwide to facilitate immigration processes. 6. Develop
and deliver training to HR and management on global immigration
processes and compliance. 7. Participate in the drafting, review,
and negotiation of contracts, agreements, policies, and procedures
related to global immigration. 8. Represent the company in legal
proceedings related to immigration matters. 9. Collaborate with
other members of the legal team to ensure a comprehensive approach
to the company’s global immigration needs. Qualifications: 1. Juris
Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 5
years of experience in global immigration law, with a focus on
corporate immigration. 3. Extensive knowledge of international
taxation related to immigration. 4. Familiarity with APAC and LATAM
immigration systems is preferred. 5. Excellent analytical,
problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 6. Strong
interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
with all levels of the organization. 7. Ability to work
independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a
fast-paced environment. 8. High level of professionalism and
confidentiality. 9. Proficiency in English; fluency in additional
languages is a plus. 10. Membership in good standing with a State
