Employer: Amazon.com Services LLC Position: Manager III,
UX/Design Location: Manteca, CA Multiple Positions Available: 1.
Create innovative experiences that connect brands, businesses, and
agencies with their customers. 2. Impart day-to-day strategic
design leadership that fosters a shared understanding of the
customer-centric intersection between design, content, business,
and technology needs. 3. Draw upon design expertise and design
process to create structure. 4. Develop processes that drive
quality and efficiency to help designers accomplish more than what
they could otherwise. 5. Partner with senior leaders, user
researchers, and product managers to set a vision and then
appropriately assess and optimize the performance of new and
existing features (using usability findings, customer feedback,
site metrics, etc.). 6. Lead the delivery of a suite of
self-service enterprise tools for automated activation and
management of tier 1 hiring process. 7. Own the end-to-end design
process and deliverables. 8. Translate business needs into
customer-focused enterprise solutions. 9. Grow and mentor design
talent and design leaders. A Master's degree, or foreign
equivalent, in Design Management, UX Design, Interaction Design, or
a related field and 2 year of experience as a user experience
designer or related occupation. In the alternative, employer will
accept a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Design
Management, UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field,
followed by 5 progressively responsible years of experience as a
user experience designer or related occupation. Must have
experience with each of the following: 1. 2 year of experience
creating software design solutions and scalable dynamic user
interfaces for large-scale, multi-tiered platforms using web design
principles and technologies. 2. 2 year of experience collaborating
with developers and Product managers for implementation of designs.
3. 2 year of experience with Sketch, Illustrator, Invision, Figma,
Framer and the Adobe Creative Suite. 4. 2 year of experience
planning and executing effective user research and usability
studies. 5. 2 years of experience solving UX challenges creating
scalable, user-friendly design solutions. 6. 2 years of experience
working closely with product and tech partners to provide UX design
solutions. 7. 2 years of experience incorporating business
requirements and technical constraints into design, as well as
influencing business roadmap and decision making. 8. Any amount of
experience designing for various platforms and device types with
knowledge of usability principles and techniques. The pay range for
this position in Manteca, CA is $151,600 - $205,000 (yr); however,
base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge,
skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units
may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to
a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits,
dependent on the position offered. This information is provided by
