collaborate across engineering and product groups. We exist to
create reliable, innovative digital experiences. Responsibilities
Designing and developing scalable backend services using Java and
modern frameworks. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to
deliver impactful features and integrations. Enhancing system
performance, reliability, and observability across cloud
environments. Creating automation tools to improve operational
efficiency and monitoring. Supporting continuous improvement
through documentation, shared knowledge, and troubleshooting. What
We’re Looking For Hold a bachelors in Computer Science or
equivalent practical experience. Have a minimum of 5 years in
full-stack or backend development using Java and modern frameworks.
Apply experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and data storage
platforms such as MySQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB. Use knowledge of
microservices architecture and secure development practices to
ensure system reliability. Collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams to translate product vision into
deliverables. Possess strong problem-solving skills with an ability
to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Have familiarity with
technologies such as Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or app marketplaces.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a nice-to-have Salary Range
or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $98 900,00 Maximum: $228 700,00 In
addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total
Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base
salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on
a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications &
experience. We also have a location based compensation structure;
there may be a different range for candidates in this and other
