Job Description:
What you can expect You’ll build scalable backend systems
enabling seamless scheduling experiences. You’ll collaborate across
teams to deliver reliable APIs. You’ll shape how millions manage
time and connect globally. About the Team Our team builds the
scheduling platform that powers Zoom’s calendar experiences. We
collaborate across engineering and product to deliver seamless
functionality. We enable effortless, global time coordination for
users. Responsibilities Designing and implementing high-performance
backend systems supporting scheduling features used worldwide.
Building and maintaining scalable APIs that connect scheduling
workflows across platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional
teams to deliver reliable, user-focused solutions. Analyzing
performance metrics and optimizing systems for reliability and
scalability. Sharing expertise, mentoring peers, and fostering an
inclusive, innovative engineering culture. What we’re looking for 5
years demonstrated proficiency in C/C++ for building robust,
performant backend applications. Bring experience developing and
maintaining distributed backend systems at scale. Apply knowledge
of Linux development environments. Implement security best
practices for backend systems. Collaborate effectively with
product, design, and engineering teams to solve complex problems.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $98 900,00 Maximum:
$228 700,00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom
has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into
consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting
pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with
qualifications & experience. We also have a location based
compensation structure; there may be a different range for
