eGain’s Software Engineer positions are open for the right
individual seeking to start their career in a dynamic, fast-paced
organization where you can build your skills. Responsibilities •
Undergo 3 months of comprehensive training for eGain products.
After completing the initial training, you will be assigned a
position and undergo a 3-month, functional onboarding in one of the
following departments subject to your performance, your aptitude,
and the availability of positions. o Product Engineering o
Professional Services o Sales Engineering o Product Management o
Operations Automation (DevOps, RevOps, SupportOps) o Technical
Support • Develop and maintain AI-powered software tools, services,
and applications. Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
or a related field from a top-tier university. Compensation • Base
salary range is $90,000 per year. • Stock options.
