is seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager,
Monetization to join our dynamic Cloud Storage & Services Business
Unit. In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape
impactful monetization strategies that drive business success while
maintaining alignment with long-term strategic objectives. By
collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead
initiatives from inception to execution with a focus on delivering
measurable results. Responsibilities - To be successful in this
highly visible role, you should be able to work in a dynamic
environment, think big, and be comfortable navigating complexity
and ambiguity. You should have strong business and communication
skills, be comfortable analyzing data to provide data-driven
recommendations, and be able to partner with stakeholders to help
define key business questions and build solutions that answer them.
- Drive the end-to-end execution of product initiatives by
partnering with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations,
marketing, sales and customer success) to ensure seamless rollout
of new models, feature bundles, and market offers - Develop product
enhancements and packaging options that elevate the customer value
proposition and resonate with target enterprise segment
Qualifications - 5 years leading integrated Hardware & Software
products strategy, including release management, field-reliability
feedback, and compliance/readiness for enterprise customers
aligning organizational priorities and the needs of customers. - 3
years driving multi-year product transformations for technical
products (platform modernization, cloud/hyperscaler migrations, or
pricing model shifts etc.) with operating-model design, OKRs & KPI
governance, and executive stakeholder alignment. - Experience
working directly with hyperscalers to leverage co-marketing
strategies and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions. - Experience
applying AI based solutions to conduct user interviews, run
experiments, simplify customer experience and define innovative
monetization/growth strategy - 2 years of post-MBA experience
owning the creation and implementation of long-term product
strategies with an engineering background - Expertise in owning and
driving roadmap strategy, definition, and execution. - Demonstrated
ability to lead end-to-end product delivery processes effectively -
Experience in the cloud storage and services industry is preferred
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to dive into product
usage data and experiment results. Familiarity with data analysis
tools (e.g., Python, Excel) and experience with statistical
analysis and A/B testing frameworks is a must Education Bachelor's
degree in Engineering with a STEM focused MBA preferred.
Compensation: The target salary range for this position is 154,700
- 231,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the
candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and
may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are
competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a
variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
