Job Details Title: Founding Software Engineer Location: San Francisco (in-person, 5 days/week) Type: Full-time Compensation: $130k–$165k meaningful early equity What You’ll Do: Build and own product features across the full stack Help define and evolve our core technical architecture Work closely with early users and team members to shape product direction Contribute to scaling our verification systems and trust-based social graph Collaborate in a high-energy, low-ego team focused on rapid iteration What We’re Looking For: Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (in-person team) Strong full-stack skills, especially in TypeScript and modern web frameworks Experience shipping products quickly and thoughtfully Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own and drive projects Great communicator and collaborative team member Excited to work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment Bonus Points: You've built a product or platform from scratch Experience with growth, distribution, or community-led products You’ve started something—startup, project, or community Interested in hearing more?
