a key member of our engineering team, you’ll have the chance to:
Design, develop, and maintain critical features on our platform,
driving projects from idea to production while ensuring
scalability, performance, and an exceptional user experience.
Collaborate with our machine learning and product teams to design
APIs and launch new features based on real user needs. Rapidly
prototype and iterate on our AI-powered features, ensuring our
platform remains best-in-class for enterprise data management at
scale. Help define the direction and growth of our engineering team
as we scale, shaping the future of Refuel.ai. Who You Are You’ll
thrive in this role if you have: A strong technical background in
Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency with
Python and experience building data-intensive applications in cloud
environments like AWS or GCP (big plus). Hands-on experience with
LLMs or familiarity with tools like Axolotl, vLLM, Langchain, or
other infrastructure and evaluation frameworks (big plus).
