Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to drive IT strategy and architecture across business-critical domains like supply chain and store operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, present proposals to leadership and serve as a key voice in shaping the technology roadmap. Responsibilities : •Conduct TCO and ROI analysis to help understand and convey the financial impact of architecture solutions and strategies •Present architecture solutions and strategic proposals to a wide audience including executives •Support the 5-year planning and annual budgeting process •Collaborate with IT and business leaders to define solution enablers •Facilitate research, evaluation, and selection of hardware/software technology and product standards, as well as the design of standard configurations •Develop, document, and maintain architecture standards and patterns •Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of architecture and project deliverables Required Skills : •5 years of Enterprise or Technology Architecture experience •Veritas NetBackup experience •Brocade switch experience •5 years of experience in:•Enterprise SAN and Backup Technologies •Enterprise Storage Technologies •Enterprise Fibre Channel Technologies •Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server (2019, 2022, 2025) and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 8,9) •Hands on with VMware, Hyper-V, SCVMM, vCenter, and HPE Synergy •Technically proficient in end-to-end supply chain operations and technologies •Leadership experience, clear communication, and presentation skills Nice-To-Have : •Experience with Microsoft HCI •Work experience with major retailers or via technology consulting company •Familiarity with modern HCI infrastructure solutions Education : •Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field •10 years of experience in IT, technology solutions, infrastructure technologies, architecture OR equivalent experience Solution Architect | Veritas NetBackup | Microsoft HCI | Brocade switch | SAN | HPE 3PAR | Primera | Alletra | Brocade X7 | G720 | G730 | Redhat Linux | VMware | Hyper-V | SCVMM | vCenter
