Job Description:
Our Client, a Clinical-Stage Cell Therapy company, is looking
for a Senior Desktop Support Specialist for their South San
Francisco, CA location. Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 and 2
support through service desk tickets, Slack, email, or in-person
requests Document and manage requests in the ticketing system,
meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs) Troubleshoot
and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues using
effective diagnostic methods Configure, deploy, and maintain
computer systems, applications, and related equipment Support Mac
and Windows platforms in both office and laboratory settings Assist
with onboarding and offboarding of users, including hardware setup
and account provisioning Manage system imaging, application
deployment, and software patching Participate in IT infrastructure
projects and ensure adherence to security protocols and standard
operating procedures (SOPs) Perform identity and access management
tasks, ensuring compliance with internal policies Requirements: 5
years of experience in a Service Desk or IT support role Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Strong
technical expertise with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and
Exchange Online administration Proficiency in supporting both PC
and Mac hardware/software Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and provide
occasional evening/weekend support as needed Relevant
certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Apple) are a plus Why
