$250,000 per year A bit about us: Our client, a rapidly growing
start up, is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to join its
growing team. Why join us? Responsibilities: 1. Lead a team of
software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work
environment. 2. Drive the design, development, and implementation
of software solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of
quality and efficiency. 3. Design and architect software tools to
assist engineers in extracting and processing data. 4. Oversee the
entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept to
final delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time and
within budget. 5. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their
needs and translate them into functional software solutions. 6.
Continually evaluate emerging technologies and propose strategic,
innovative, and cost-effective solutions that increase efficiency
and effectiveness. 7. Develop and implement best practices for
software engineering, including coding standards, code reviews,
source control management, build processes, testing, and
operations. Job Details Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A
Master's degree is a plus. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in
software engineering, with a proven track record in leading
software development teams. 3. Strong experience with machine
learning integration, including designing, developing, and
implementing machine learning models into software applications. 4.
Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies,
platforms, and tools. 5. Strong leadership skills, with the ability
to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving a common goal. 6.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think
strategically and implement innovative solutions. 7. Excellent
communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate
complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical
stakeholders. 8. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple
projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines. 9. Strong
commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest
industry trends and technologies. 10. Experience with cloud
platforms, big data technologies, and data analytics is a plus.
