Engineering Manager is responsible for managing all inbound and
outbound money movement for PayPal, processing over 140 million
transactions per day, equating to 50 billion transactions annually
with a total payment volume (TPV) of -$1.3 trillion annually. Given
the platform's immense scale, managing 7,500 batches daily across
200+ payment partners, it is imperative that we have an experienced
leader to guide the team across different geolocations.Meet our
teamThe Payments Engineering organization builds and maintains the
highly scalable, available, secure, and compliant payments platform
of PayPal. This role is for the Card acquiring and processing
Platform team, which is part of the Card Payments engineering team

to come up with optimal solutions to drive key revenue, growth, and

- Demonstrated experience with large-scale software architecture
and development.
- Strong Object oriented programming skills and expertise in
Java/J2EE.
- Experience with REST API's, Web Services, Unit Testing and
