Job Description:
In this dynamic role, you'll support a collaborative and
high-performing HR team and make a real impact on the employee
experience. Client Details A fantastic well renowned elite law firm
based in Northern California. Description Your responsibilities
will include, but are not limited to: Provide hands-on HR
administrative and organizational support to the Northern
California management team. Plan and execute employee engagement
events, from monthly celebrations to office holiday parties. Manage
daily lunch service and employee-facing amenities. Schedule
applicant interviews and testing; coordinate new hire orientation
and training schedules. Track on boarding and off boarding
activities; manage new hire documentation and orientation
materials. Maintain and update employee records in Workday,
including personnel profiles and mandatory acknowledgments. Handle
a variety of administrative tasks such as employment
verification's, visa letters, and HR-related invoices. Coordinate
updates to job descriptions and support employer branding
initiatives. Schedule exit interviews and help ensure a smooth off
boarding process. Provide backup support for client/matter list
prep for departing attorneys. Assist with internal HR
communications and presentation materials. Be a go-to resource for
HR questions and help resolve day-to-day inquiries. Take on ad hoc
projects and pitch in when needed. Profile Minimum of 1 year of
general HR experience (preferably within a law firm or professional
services environment). High school diploma required; Bachelor's
degree preferred. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
with a proactive, can-do attitude. Event planning experience is a
big plus, creativity welcome! Prior experience with Workday is
highly preferred. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and

as a non-exempt position. Hybrid Role 4 days on site, Friday as a
