Learning & Development Coordinator Job Summary: Talent Software
Services is in search of a Learning & Development Coordinator for a
contract position to work in San Mateo, CA. The opportunity will be
four months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Position Summary : Our client is looking for a Coordinator,
Technical Leadership Development, to join our team. This is an
exciting opportunity to join a team with an ambitious mission and
to help build the future of Leadership and Learning & Development
at our client. You'll work across a global team to support the
design and delivery of world-class development opportunities for
employees of all levels. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities
: Provide administrative, communication, and training support to
Learning & Development (L&D) programs and initiatives Manage
arrangements for learning programs, including marketing,
scheduling, registration, hospitality and catering, day-of support,
and post-event evaluation. Support vendor management through PO
Processing and keeping records up to date Produce virtual learning
engagements including room management, taking attendance and
troubleshooting technical issues. Research and source external
learning content and facilitators. Qualifications: Curious and
innovative. Inclusive mindset for other cultures Ability to
navigate dashboard and portal-based technology systems Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Teams 2 years L&D
