Reporting to the VP of Organizational Excellence, you’ll be our
go-to for leading enterprise-wide employee communications and
complex changes, blending strategy and execution in one high-impact

you. What You’ll Do: Lead the company-wide change management
strategy that helps our employees navigate and embrace
organizational transformation with clarity, energy, and confidence.
Partner directly with our C-Suite and Extended Leadership Team to
identify and drive high-impact communication strategies for key
business priorities and organizational changes. Lead the planning,
communication, and rollout of complex, high-impact changes across
the company. Maintain and evolve our internal communications
infrastructure (e.g., our intranet, Slack channels, Rewatch,
newsletter) to maximize relevance, reach, and connection in a
hybrid workplace. Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner
to executive leaders and people managers, equipping them with the
messaging, tools, and guidance they need to lead through
complexity. Ensure change and communications plans are embedded
across critical People-led initiatives, including DEI, Total
Rewards, Org Design, Performance Enablement, and Policy. Champion
visibility and storytelling across the organization—surfacing the
stories and strategies that connect our team to our mission and
vision. Lead with urgency, courage, and clarity in times of change
or ambiguity—whether you’re building a comms plan or jumping into a
crisis moment. Regularly measure impact and improve effectiveness
through feedback loops, usage data, engagement analytics, and
employee input. What Success Looks Like: Clear, concise change and
comms plans embedded into 100% of enterprise initiatives. Internal
comms channels have 70% open/view rates and are seen as trusted
sources of truth. 75% satisfaction from ELT and People team
stakeholders on comms/change partnership. Employee engagement data
that reflects clarity, confidence, and readiness during change.

proactive, coordinated, and human. What You’ll Bring: 7 years in
change leadership roles, organizational development, or employee
communications roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change efforts with high
visibility and impact. Outstanding ability to speak and write in a
way that is clear, commanding, and human. Deep understanding of
change management principles (Prosci, Kotter, or similar) and a
sharp instinct for how to adapt them in real life. Strategic
thinker who thrives in ambiguity and acts fast without sacrificing
quality. Highly trusted by executives. Credible, influential, and
calm under pressure. Track record of building systems and
frameworks while rolling up your sleeves to execute. Comfort with
being front-and-center: you dont wait for the brief, you create it.
Naturally persistent and resilient—can juggle multiple complex
priorities without getting stuck in the weeds. Passionate about
employee clarity, communication, and connection. Bonus points for
change management certification. The target base salary range for
this position is $173,110-$216,390, and is part of a competitive
total rewards package including stock options and benefits.
Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by
a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay
equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all
employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford
Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and
