Title: Thoracic Surgery - Cardio Thoracic Surgery Are you a highly
skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon seeking a rewarding opportunity to

and save lives. Overview: We are seeking an experienced Thoracic
Surgeon with expertise in open heart and thoracic procedures to
provide critical coverage for our busy healthcare facility. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for performing complex
cardiothoracic surgeries, collaborating with multidisciplinary
teams, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Immediate open dates are available starting from April 6, 2026,
with coverage required through to the start date and beyond.
Required Skills: Proven experience in open heart surgery and
thoracic procedures Strong surgical skills and technical
proficiency in cardiothoracic interventions Ability to work
effectively under pressure in emergency and trauma situations
Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and
multidisciplinary collaboration Valid medical license in the
applicable state(s) and board certification in cardiothoracic
surgery Ability to work flexible hours, including trauma call
coverage Nice to Have Skills: Experience in trauma surgery or
emergency surgery settings Familiarity with advanced cardiac and
thoracic surgical technologies Prior experience working in a
hospital setting with high patient volume Preferred Education and
Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited
institution Completion of a fellowship in cardiothoracic surgery
Minimum of 3-5 years of post-fellowship clinical experience in
cardiothoracic surgery Other Requirements: Willingness to be
on-call for trauma and emergent cases Ability to travel as needed
for coverage or professional development opportunities
Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Trauma
