Job Description Family Medicine Physician Opening in Santa Cruz,
CAFull Time or Part Time Permanent PositionLocation: Santa Cruz,
CADetails:Provide full-spectrum family medicine care including
preventive care, chronic disease management, pediatrics,
reproductive health, urgent care, in-office procedures, and
behavioral health integration.Serve a diverse patient population in
an FQHC setting across three clinic sites.Part of an integrated
Care Team model with physicians, APPs, nurses, MAs, mental health
providers, and more.Participate in teaching opportunities with the
new Family Medicine Residency Program launching in July
2024.Opportunity to precept residents and teach PA students.No call
duties required.EPIC OCHIN EHR used for documentation.80% clinical
care, 20% administrative time.Ten patients per 4-hour shift;
20-minute visits.Some remote care via telehealth; one evening shift
per week and up to 6 Saturday clinics per year.Requirements:Board
Certified Family Physician, licensed in California.Community health
or public health experience preferred.Experience with mental
health, chronic disease, and chronic pain management
preferred.Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable.Commitment
to preventive care and working with diverse
populations.Compensation:Salary range: $189,152 $253,510
(DOE).Annual increases at set intervals (Years 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, and
every 5 years thereafter).Benefits:Employer -subsidized health,
