The ideal candidate will possess excellent chairside manner demonstrating professionalism while providing top notch patient care. This position requires a team player who is dedicated to maintaining a positive and supportive work environment. Tuesdays and Thursdays 8am-5pm Compensation & Benefits: $55-$65 per hour Bonus Opportunity About the Opportunity: Well-respected private practice with an excellent local reputation Collaborative team focused on patient comfort and long-term oral health Modern technology and digital systems to support clinical excellence Competitive compensation and a positive work culture Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling, root planning, and fluoride treatments Conduct oral health assessments and communicate findings to the dentist Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols Contribute to a welcoming and professional patient experience Qualifications: Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of California Current CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care Experience with Dentrix preferred
