Job Description:

seeking a Clinical Resource Director to drive excellence in our
clinical operations. Based in Cincinnati, this pivotal role
involves strategic management of clinical resources, optimizing
operational efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional
patient care. The Clinical Resource Director will be responsible
for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of
resource management programs. As part of a hospital renowned for
its advanced medical technology and expert staff, this position
requires a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and a
deep commitment to healthcare excellence. Develop and implement
strategies for optimal staffing and resource allocation to ensure
high-quality patient care Lead cross-functional teams in the
assessment and implementation of clinical initiatives and programs
Analyze clinical data to identify trends, performance gaps, and
opportunities for improvement Maintain compliance with healthcare
regulations and standards Collaborate with department heads to
forecast resource needs and budget management Ensure continuous
education and training of staff on new technologies and procedures
Proven leadership and organizational skills Strong analytical and
problem-solving ability Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to manage budgets and control costs Knowledge of
healthcare laws, regulations, and standards Proficiency in

preferred Active registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
