Setting: Home Health We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to
take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help
patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re
recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply

Details: - Monday-Friday days (flexible hours with scheduler) - 1:1
patient care throughout Santa Rosa, CA - Ideal candidate will be a
team player with strong communication skills. High adaptability,
problem-solving, and willingness to help beyond regular duties
required. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by
the APTA - Wellsky Kinser EMR required - Active State License is
Required to Start the Position - BLS Certification May Be Required
