Medical-Surgical Full-Time Nights Overview: The RN Clinical
Supervisor for the Medical-Surgical unit is tasked with ensuring
the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care
during night shifts. This role includes managing nursing staff and
ensuring adherence to established policies. Collaboration with
physicians and administrative staff is essential to enhance
processes and patient flow, while also providing leadership and
mentorship to nursing personnel. Candidates must possess a valid RN
license, demonstrate clinical proficiency, and have experience in
hospital nursing, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in

processes throughout the care continuum. The Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities are carried out in alignment with the

Supervisor also participates in the evaluation process alongside
the Clinical Manager as directed, ensuring that all actions reflect
our mission and values. Position Details: Education: Graduate from
an accredited nursing program. Licensure: Current RN license from
the relevant State Board of Nursing. Experience: 3-5 years of
nursing experience in a hospital setting.
Certification/Registration: Must possess an American Heart
Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course during
the probationary period. TNCC, ACLS, and ENPC or PALS
certifications are also required. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Strong human relations and communication skills, both written and
verbal. Demonstrated clinical competence in patient care delivery.
Ability to assess data and assist staff in providing appropriate
care levels while adhering to the organization's philosophy.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing. We Provide
