Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Oakland, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: MRI Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 07/14/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel AYA2925205 Job Duties - Perform both routine and advanced MRI procedures using stationary and mobile MRI equipment - Prepare patients and assist physicians with MRI-guided procedures - Educate patients on procedures and contrast effects to alleviate fear - Mentor students and junior technologists - Document exams, patient information, and consent forms - Maintain cleanliness and perform equipment safety checks - Ensure compliance with ALARA principles and regulatory standards Experience & Requirements Summary:-/nThis role requires a certified and experienced MRI Tech to work day or mid shifts (no nights/calls), occasionally on weekends. You must hold current certification in CRT, ARMRIT, or ARRT with a BLS (AHA). A minimum of 5 years of recent MRI experience is mandatory. Epic experience preferred.
