Job Description Source Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Pediatrics for a travel nursing job in Salinas, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Pediatrics - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/07/2025 - Duration: 11 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Minimum 2 years experience working in Pediatric setting. Requirements: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of California, BLS and PALS issued through American Heart Association. Client Notes 172 bed, Level II Trauma, Teaching Hospital. The only Trauma Center in Monterey County, as well as many other surrounding communities. Voted “Best Hospital in Salinas Valley” (out of 3 hospitals) by Salinas Valley Reader’s Choice - 2022 Department Notes 12 bed unit, Ratio 1:4, Average daily census is 2 patients, with a possible jump to 4-5 patients during RSV season.
