Job Title: Pharmacy Tech II Job Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: 6 Months Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:30AM-6PM Pay rate - $23/hr. on W2 Position Summary: · As a Pharmacy Technician in a growing segment of healthcare, home infusion services, you will work with cutting edge technology compounding specialized and complex therapies that are administered to patients in their homes. · Key responsibilities * Product preparation, compounding sterile products, and maintaining the pharmacy clean room suite to 797 requirements. Duties: · As a Pharmacy Technician in a growing segment of healthcare, specialty pharmacy, you will work with specialized and complex therapies that are delivered to patients. · Key responsibilities * Communication with patients, prescribers, and colleagues. · Frequent phone conversations, emails, faxes. · National pharmacy technician certification. Eligible for state registration, certification or licensure per state regulations. · At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician. · Basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization. · Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must. Specialty Pharmacy experience is a plus .
