What else do we have to offer? --- Signing Bonus: We're excited to have you join us-eligible new hires receive a competitive signing bonus! --- Generous Paid Time Off: 12 Paid Holidays, including a Floating Holiday, Paid Vacation, and Sick Time. --- Comprehensive Benefit Plan: Choose from four Health Plan Options, with 100% of premiums covered for physicians and families! --- Retirement Benefits: 403(b) Retirement Plan with a match. --- Investing in Your Future: Eligibility for the State Loan Forgiveness Program and the HRSA Loan repayment program! --- 40 hours of CME time --- $1000 CME annual reimbursement --- Wellness: Free access to Headspace mindfulness app. What You'll Do: --- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including pediatric, behavioral, and preventive health services. --- Conduct thorough physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and create individualized treatment plans. --- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including behavioral health professionals and community wellness staff. --- Offer patient education and support self-management of chronic conditions. --- Refer patients for specialty or inpatient care as needed. --- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and clinical audits. --- Use Electronic Health Records (EHR) for documentation and coordination. --- Provide on-call support on a rotating basis and cross-cover for colleagues as needed. --- Mentor mid-level providers, residents, and medical students. --- Represent AACI at community health events when applicable. What We're Looking For: --- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. --- Board Certification (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field). --- Active, unrestricted California medical license and DEA registration. --- Minimum 2 years of primary care clinical experience. --- BLS Certification. --- Experience or strong interest in working with underserved and multicultural communities. --- A collaborative, team-first mindset.
