Job Description:
Senior Client Partner, Healthcare Engagement ManagerInfosys is
seeking a Senior Client Partner for its Healthcare vertical. The
person will lead all the client interfaces within the assigned
account along with the group managers to build the account plan and
will be responsible for client management based on the account
plan. Usually, the Senior Client Partner handles a single account
or part of a large account with a P&L of $50M+.Key
Responsibilities:
- Client relationship management and business development: manage
client relationships, build a portfolio up to $50M+, own the
opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
Persuade clients to provide industry-wide references to support
revenue growth outside the account and increase ROI on events.
- Develop proposals by forming pursuit teams across BUs/external
partners and positioning the team with the client. Drive consensus
between BUs and defend proposals at appropriate levels.
- Clarify client expectations, gather ground-level intelligence,
set expectations, and ratify solutions with the client to
demonstrate business value.
- Ensure client delivery assurance by collaborating with all
delivery stakeholders involved to fulfill commitments.
- Create and oversee the account plan, including relationships,
opportunities, and pricing decisions.About Infosys Healthcare:At

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; extensive experience (14+
years) with strong sales/relationship management in lieu of
education.
- Significant business development and project management
experience in healthcare.
- Proven ability to interact with C-level clients and lead
proposal presentations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without
sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent and 10+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of industry-specific solutions and go-to-market
strategies.
- Experience with global delivery models and managing large
teams.
- Track record as an account manager in growing client
