This role will be critical in enabling and empowering our talent team through accurate and reliable data, systems, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Recruiting, this role will be responsible for identifying opportunities for efficiency and making incremental process improvements through data-driven decisions, while also building the foundation for the data to make those decisions.Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Systems Management: Oversee the implementation and optimization of recruitment systems and tools; ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing workflows. Manage vendor relationships to meet growth and efficiency needs of the recruiting team.
- AI and Technology Integration: Leverage AI and machine learning technologies to enhance candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes. Stay updated on emerging AI trends and tools in recruitment and recommend innovative solutions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to monitor and improve recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Provide visibility to business partners on recruiting metrics and pipeline, helping identify potential bottlenecks. Conduct regular analysis of candidate conversion rates and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement data-driven strategies for capacity planning and resource allocation.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process
improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of talent
acquisition operations. Develop and maintain policies and training
for recruiting best practices, including continuous improvement of
technologies, processes, and workflows to increase efficiency.What
you bring:
- 8+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Recruiting Operations with a proven track record of building/scaling operations focused on Talent Acquisition.
- Prior experience configuring one or more applicant tracking systems is required. Experience with one or all of the following is strongly preferred: Greenhouse, Gem, prior experience implementing an ATS or configuring a CRM.
- Experience building/configuring dashboards to visualize candidate pipeline and recruiting metrics for business partners.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills are required.
- Strong process-orientation, organization, and follow-up

website.The salary range for this role is $161,000 to $189,000 in
