Communicate account setup requirements and best practices to
customers, aligning with key stakeholders
Collaborate with various teams to deliver an exceptional customer
experience during onboarding
Required Qualifications
Experience working in a fully-remote, distributed team
environment
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Background in customer success or customer-facing project
management roles
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Rocketlane, and
Slack
Understanding of how professional services can enhance customer
value
