Job Description:

Summary The Business Development Manager is responsible for making recommendations and implementing methods to improve operations planning, attend meetings with clients and advisors, and form significant business advances. The expectation is to discover viable business options and create long-term strategic initiatives. In addition, examining economic, statistical, and financial data, to determine business risks. Creates sustainable long-term contracts, brainstorms and implements new business and future projects, to create growth and profitability for BayPLS. The Business Development Manager possesses many skills, including communication, team coordination, operations enhancement, strategic planning, and relationship management. The Business Development Manager reports directly to the CEO Salu Ribiero. Role & Responsibilities Manage and build strategic alliances. In charge of understanding the company's services to spot beneficial options. In charge of marketing activities, delivering market research to the CEO, and offering market research expansion strategies. Evaluate sales and marketing, and make recommendations for improvements where necessary. Responsibility to prepare all required documentsfor requests for proposals (RFPs). Examining emerging trends and recommending new business pathways to meet the clients and patients needs more effectively and profitably for BayPLS. Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs and contracts company wide, and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs. Establish and ensure operational sustainability. Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members Communicates and meets with entire operations staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale. Other responsibilities as assigned, including choosing software platforms and software automation that perfectly meet the company's demands.
