Job Description:
As a key member of the Marketing Mgmt team, direct the
development of company marketing programs. Direct all marketing
activities within the context of the overall corporate plan for the
achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased
profit and market control. Be an active member of the global
Marketing team to ensure consistency of marketing campaigns and
messages. Disseminate key corporate information to the geography
operations pertaining to new product development/launches. Liaise
with management to ensure that marketing activities are in support
of sales plans. Direct marketing resources and budget to be
deployed using the most appropriate marketing mix for the
geography. Ensure consistency between global directions and
single-geography / product implementation choices. Implement and
monitor advertising campaigns on a geographical basis as needed.
Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, agencies,
customers, industry associations and government representatives to
achieve marketing objectives. Provide effective performance
management: set clear goals for all staff, provide regular feedback
on performance and conduct a formal appraisal at the conclusion of
the fiscal year. Manage the activities of the staff according to
overall marketing strategies and budgets. Implement organizational
changes in line with changing business & market needs. Assists in
the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve
strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas
with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are
met. Software business management experience. Sales and Marketing
experience in the IT industry. E-business Internet practical
know-how. Professional credentials in Marketing, Academic
credentials desirable. Past experience in Sales desirable. *This is

Technology and Innovation team. As the*Director, Lead Management
Technology and Innovation*, you will be responsible for developing
and executing the*technology strategy for Global Lead Management*to
transform customer experience and business development
representative productivity through lead scoring, predictive
intelligence, AI-assisted follow-up, automated chat, intelligent
routing and workflow management systems. Working with the MarTech
team, and solution and field marketing teams, you will recommend
and implement innovative solutions to automate and assist lead
management processes and drive better business outcomes. You will
be part of a passionate, highly collaborative team and have the

player with experience working and collaborating with
cross-functional global teams. A problem solver and idea generator,

designing, implementing and leveraging business automation tools,

operational audience to adopt and realize the full value of new
technology solutions. You have a passion for identifying and
rolling out strategic technology solutions to improve business
outcomes*.* *Responsibilities* * Build the Innovation and
Technology team for Global Lead Management - a new Oracle Marketing
global function - in less than 90 days * Develop a working
knowledge of all the systems, structures, resources, processes,
data and infrastructure needed to support the lead development
process, and continuously recommend improvements to challenge the
status quo. * Understand lead management use cases and combine your
understanding of Marketing and Sales systems' capabilities to
determine the best solutions for the business development team *
Define an innovation and technology roadmap for Global Lead
Management in partnership with Regions and MarTech team *
Communicate vision and plans to key stakeholders to drive business
impact and influence change; Provide updates on technology and
innovation status updates, timing, and implementation plan to
Marketing executive leadership team * Partner closely within
Marketing and Technology teams to ensure that technical solutions
are ideal for future growth and evolution * Ensure Global Lead
Management requirements are included in Oracle technology
priorities and roadmaps by collaborating with technology partners,
documenting business needs and communicating technology
requirements * Manage the entire requirements gathering process,
including business sign-off, validation, testing, and communication
* Understand the business use-cases and combine your understanding
of Marketing and Sales systems' capabilities to determine the best
solutions for the business development team * Recommend disruptive
changes to processes and measurement systems to drive business
impact byresearching partners, technologies and approaches *
Influence the holistic Marketing database management strategy that
supports data unification and access across our internal systems,
ensures data quality, and enforces governance and measurement to
support Global Lead Management initiatives * Combine high level
strategic thinking with "roll-up your sleeves to make it happen"
mindset * Support successful technology implementation and adoption
through on-going training and education on new emerging platforms
and technologies * Actively seek and present new and innovative
solutions, and provide commentary and rationale on how they will
add value to the business objectives and sales plays * Meet
regularly with key partners and vendors to keep abreast of emerging
opportunities in the industry and identify those relevant to the
business *Skills & Qualifications* * Graduate degree in computer
science, marketing, business, engineering or a related field * 12
years' experience in Marketing or Sales in B2B enterprise and/or
software company * Passion for and experience using emerging
technologies * Experience leading and working with remote teams *
Collaborative personality that thrives in a highly cross
functional, cross-cultural environment * Growth mindset * Proven
expertise in leading digital transformation projects * Knowledge of
marketing automation, customer relationship management systems, and
first-hand knowledge of business/lead development teams * Technical
and business expertise with integrating different systems in the
"Mar-Tech" stack * Demonstrated use of automation, advanced
analytics and statistical modeling concepts to drive business
outcomes * Demonstrated expertise in AI and ML technology, and
ability to become a subject matter expert with new technology
applications * Strong understanding of marketing processes
including lead scoring, nurture programs, and funnel optimization *
Experience in defining and implementing global approaches to ways
of working * Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and
complex project management * Proven experience in
software/technology to support Marketing and pre-Sales processes *
Strategic and technological consulting skills indesigning and
enhancing marketing and/or internal business processes * Strong
executive presence, communication, and presentation skills with the
ability to influence senior level stakeholders and colleagues *
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to
prioritize workload to meet the competing needs of the business *
RFP and/or proposal writing skills experience /As part of Oracle's
