(USA) Senior Manager II, Analytics - Compliance An... Position Summary... What you'll do... Senior Manager II, Analytics - Compliance And Ethics - Trust & Safety AnalyticsSr. Manager II, T&S Analytics is responsible for leading a team of data scientists and analysts supporting Trust & Safety (T&S) and Marketplace Compliance teams with insights, dashboards, and data solutions. The position will work closely with operations, product, technology, and business partners to translate Marketplace risk challenges into data problems and use existing data to solve those problems.You'll make an impact by:

• Providing leadership, guidance, and career development to analytics managers and analysts
• Owning and prioritizing the Trust & Safety data analytics product roadmap
• Developing data-driven approaches to detect item/seller risks on Marketplace
• Championing investment areas to improve our data capabilities, tools, reporting, and infrastructure
• Partnering with Product, Engineering, and technical teams to build machine learning and predictive risk detection models
• Designing, modeling, and building large-scale data pipelines to store T&S data on cloud platforms
• Conceptualizing and designing dashboard visualizations for risk detection and seller monitoring
• Managing the reporting system for weekly, monthly T&S and Compliance KPI reportsYou'll sweep us off our feet if:
  • You have a degree in a technical/quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science); Master's preferred
  • You have 7+ years of experience in data science and analytics, including hands-on coding/development and deployment of predictive modeling/machine learning models
  • You have 5+ years of experience managing teams with a strong desire to help others grow
  • You have advanced SQL, Python, Excel skills; knowledge of Hadoop, BigQuery
  • You have experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (Tableau, R)
  • You have effectively partnered and worked cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and technical teams
  • You have excellent communication skills and ability to communicate data to technical and non-technical audiences
  • You have experience working in a Trust & Safety or risk management environment a plus Minimum Qualifications... Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
