Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil
Engineering Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity
to apply your civil engineering skills in a challenging and
rewarding role. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional
with a passion for civil engineering, land development, and site
development. This position will require a hands-on approach to
managing projects, leading teams, and driving innovation in our
engineering processes. Responsibilities: As a Civil Engineering
Lead, you will: 1. Lead and manage a team of civil engineers and
technicians in the execution of project tasks. 2. Develop and
implement civil engineering strategies and plans in line with the
company's objectives. 3. Oversee and manage all phases of land
development and site development projects, from planning and design
to construction and completion. 4. Prepare and review engineering
plans, designs, and specifications for civil engineering projects.
5. Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to identify
potential engineering problems and propose effective solutions. 6.
Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other
stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and
within budget. 7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to
junior engineers and team members. 8. Ensure compliance with all
relevant engineering standards, regulations, and best practices. 9.
Develop and implement innovative drainage designs for various
projects. 10. Participate in K-12 education programs to promote
civil engineering and inspire the next generation of engineers.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 2. A
Professional Engineer (PE) license. 3. A minimum of 10 years of
experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development
and site development. 4. Proven experience in leading and managing
engineering teams. 5. Strong knowledge of civil engineering
principles, practices, and techniques. 6. Proficiency in using
civil engineering software and tools. 7. Excellent project
management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 8. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. 9. A commitment to
continuous learning and professional development. This position
