You will work across the stack, from designing intuitive user interfaces to building scalable backend systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare providers.Our Engineering roles are hybrid in our SF office 3x/wk.What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end features across our web applications and backend services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and Clinicians, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable systems that integrate with various healthcare platforms.
  • Mentor and guide engineering team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Drive best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their applicability to our systems.Who You Are:
    • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on full-stack development.
    • Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Strong understanding of database systems, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and non-relational.
    • Skilled at mentoring engineers while remaining hands-on, driving quality, execution speed, and successful outcomes as a technical leader or engineering manager.
    • Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end execution, from concept to impactful results, with a focus on building breakthrough product experiences.
    • Thrives in environments of complexity and ambiguity, prioritizing collaboration and seeking the best ideas regardless of their source.

      We offer a base compensation range of approximately $200,000-$275,000 per year, exclusive of equity. This intentionally broad range provides flexibility for candidates to tailor their cash and equity mix based on individual preferences. Our compensation philosophy prioritizes meaningful equity grants, enabling team members to share directly in the impact they help create.
